Activision Blizzard Is Leaving The US Stock Market In Preparation For The Completion Of The Acquisition

Nasdaq, representative of the US stock market, announced that Activision Blizzard will leave the index market on July 17, as the company prepares to complete its acquisition by Microsoft before the July 18 closing deadline.

Microsoft recently won the legal battle in America against the FTC, which yesterday announced that it would go to the Court of Appeal, while the CMA in Britain entered into new discussions with the company to reach a new agreement to allow the completion of the deal in that market.
