BREAKING NEWS: Microsoft Wins The Aquisition Of Blizzard

It seems that we have finally reached the finish line regarding Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Today, the US court issued its decision regarding the US Federal Trade Authority’s lawsuit to prevent the completion of the acquisition deal, and the court ruled in favor of Microsoft.

With this decision, the Federal Trade Authority no longer has the authority to prevent the acquisition process in the United States of America, and Microsoft is able to complete the deal before the expiration of its legal period during the next few days.
